I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The antique furniture and traditional Cretan touches made me feel like I stepped back in time. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, perfect for a senior like me to relax and enjoy. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people with no steep stairs or difficult paths to navigate.

I would have appreciated a better selection of activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the breathtaking views of the sea and snowy mountains. The heating system kept us warm and cozy, and the hot water in the shower was plentiful. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals. We also appreciated the lovely antique decorations throughout the property.

On the downside, check-in was late and we struggled to find the location due to limited phone coverage and lack of signage. The second bedroom had no natural light and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

Lithari felt like a home away from home, with luxurious amenities and plenty of space. The location was breathtaking, perfect for exploring the charming mountain villages of Crete. Michail, the owner, was incredibly kind and generous, leaving us with homemade goodies and allowing us to have a late check-out. We can't wait to return and spend more time there, especially to enjoy the beautiful walking trails. Just a heads up, you'll need transportation to access nearby shops and restaurants.
